Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon Lemonade

I usually don't get stuck in the kitchen when the weather finally starts to warm up. We are experiencing unbelievable hot days in Seattle. As there is not much hot weather in Seattle, I take advantage of the few great days of weather here and for our evening meal, I make a salad and some fresh juice or whipped yogurt/Neer Mor . This good-for-you beverage can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.

I added some nice and sweet red watermelon to the traditional lemonade to create this summer beverage, perfect for a hot summer evening gathering.

Watermelon Lemonade Recipe ~For a glass of watermelon juice, add a juice of lime with a pinch of salt and sugar according to the sweetness of the watermelon- I added a teaspoon since the watermelon was very sweet. Honey or any sugar substitute can be added.

  23. Recently I'm trying to get rid of junk food and trying to make all my meals from scratch. After reading about the best wheatgrass juicers in 2016 reviews and comparison I finally made my last choice and bought one. So my question is, does it matter what kind of juice you are making? Thanks in advance, cheers!)
