Blend Watermelon with homemade yogurt with a light hint of pepper and cumin and enjoy it chilled.
Place 4 cups cubed watermelon, 2 tablespoon Yogurt/curd and a pinch each of pepper powder and cumin powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour Lassi into glasses and serve chilled.TIPS: I used Preethie Super extractor. Adjust sugar or honey depending on the sweetness of the watermelon.
